• Identification of communications services (e.g NBN or TPG Network services)

• Patching & minor cabling (e.g attendance to comms room, patching on MDF, running intra-rack cables)

• Physicall installation of hardware in the customer's rack including:

  • SD-WAN appliance​

  • one or more POE power supplies

  • 5G fixed wireless gateway

  • Fixed telephone handset

  • Wireless access point

  • VDSL modem where required, replacing like for like

• Physical installation of hardware in the customer's premises including:

  • Installation of access point on a like for like basis​

• Verification of equipment status & connectivity using a laptop or test tool

• Application of stickers/labels to hardware, & link labelling

• Contact with TPG NOC to verify device connectivity

• Decommission of previous / superseded items as instructed by TPG
